Your information, clearly explained

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how attendee information is handled in the Livelong Wealth Event Manager.

Effective date
10 August 2026
Applies to
eventmanager.livelongwealth.in

We use attendee information only to organise events, verify registrations, record attendance, support authorised event operations, and process spot-registration payments. We do not sell attendee information or use it for behavioural advertising.

01Scope and organisation

This Privacy Policy applies to the event-management service available at eventmanager.livelongwealth.in (the "Event Manager"). The service is operated by Livelong Technologies Pvt. Ltd., operating as Livelong Wealth ("Livelong Wealth", "we", "us" or "our"). It covers attendees, walk-in registrants, event contacts and authorised administrators whose information is processed through the Event Manager.

This policy is specific to event registration and attendance operations. Other Livelong Wealth websites or services may have their own privacy notices.

02Information we collect

Attendee details

Name and phone number; optional email address, organisation and ticket or pass type.

Attendance records

Event, registration source, pending or entered status, and the date and time of check-in.

Spot-registration payments

Amount, currency, payment status, Razorpay order ID and payment ID. We do not store complete card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or banking passwords.

Administration and security

Essential session records, failed-login state and technical server logs that may include IP address, browser or device information, request time and requested page.

Event information

Event name, date, time, venue, city, code, registration fee and event status.

Name and phone number are required for registration and reliable attendee lookup. Email address and organisation are optional unless an event organiser separately explains why they are required.

03How we receive information

  • From an event organiser or authorised administrator who uploads a registration list.
  • Directly from an attendee, or from event staff acting at the attendee's request, during spot registration.
  • From authorised staff when they confirm entry or update event records.
  • From Razorpay when a payment is initiated, completed, failed or verified.
  • Automatically through essential session and server-security records.

If an organiser supplied your details and you did not expect them to do so, contact the organiser or use the contact details below.

04Why we use information

  • To create and maintain event registration lists.
  • To use the phone number as the unique attendee identifier within an event.
  • To find attendees quickly and record entry during the event.
  • To accept walk-in registrations and prevent duplicate registrations.
  • To create, verify and reconcile spot-registration payments.
  • To provide attendance summaries, CSV exports and final PDF reports to authorised administrators.
  • To secure the service, prevent unauthorised access, diagnose failures and maintain reliable operations.
  • To comply with applicable law, lawful requests and accounting or dispute-resolution obligations.

We process personal data for the stated event purposes with appropriate notice and, where applicable, consent or another lawful use permitted under Indian law. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully and may make registration, payment or check-in unavailable.

05Payments and Razorpay

Paid spot registrations use Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered in Razorpay's checkout and are handled by Razorpay and the selected bank, card network or payment provider. The Event Manager receives only the information needed to create and verify the payment, such as the amount, status and transaction identifiers.

Razorpay processes information under its own Buyer Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy. A payment provider may retain transaction information for regulatory, fraud-prevention and financial-record obligations independently of Livelong Wealth.

06Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent attendee information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with:

  • Authorised Livelong Wealth event, finance, support and technology personnel.
  • The organiser and authorised staff responsible for the relevant event.
  • Razorpay and participating payment providers for paid registrations.
  • Hosting, database, security and infrastructure providers acting on our instructions.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, insurers or parties involved in a business reorganisation, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or other parties when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety and service integrity.

Attendance reports contain personal information and are available only to authenticated administrators. Administrators must use and share exported reports only for authorised event purposes.

07Cookies and technical logs

The Event Manager uses an essential, secure administrator session cookie to keep authorised staff signed in. It is not used for advertising and expires after the configured session period or when the administrator logs out. Blocking this cookie prevents access to protected administration features.

Our web server and security systems may create technical logs for availability, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. The Event Manager does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics.

08Retention and deletion

Event and attendee records are retained while they are needed for event operations, attendance history, reporting, payment reconciliation, disputes and applicable legal obligations. The Event Manager does not automatically delete an event after a fixed number of days. An authorised administrator can permanently delete an event and its attendee and local payment-order records through the event-history workflow.

Some information may be kept longer when required for law, fraud prevention, accounting, security or an active dispute. Residual copies may remain temporarily in secured backups, where maintained, until normal backup rotation. Razorpay and financial institutions apply their own legally required retention periods.

09Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrator access, secure session cookies, login-attempt controls, server-side payment verification and database access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Administrators must keep credentials confidential, use trusted devices and promptly report suspected misuse.

If a personal-data breach is identified, we will investigate, limit its impact and provide notices to affected individuals or authorities when required by applicable law.

10Your rights and choices

Subject to applicable law and its commencement provisions, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we process your personal data and provide a summary of it.
  • Correct, complete or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Erase information that is no longer required, unless retention is legally permitted or required.
  • Withdraw consent for future processing where processing depends on consent.
  • Address a grievance about how your information is handled.
  • Recognise a valid nominee to exercise rights where applicable.

Send a request using the contact details below and include the event name, your registered phone number and enough information for us to verify the request. We may ask for additional verification to protect your information. You may also contact the event organiser. Where applicable, you may escalate an unresolved matter to the Data Protection Board of India after first using our grievance process.

11Children's data

The Event Manager is designed for Livelong Wealth's general event operations and is not directed at children. Organisers must not submit a child's personal data unless the event permits the child's participation and all notices, verifiable parental consent and other safeguards required by applicable law have been completed. Contact us to remove information submitted contrary to this requirement.

12Data location and transfers

Information is stored on service infrastructure selected for the Event Manager and may be processed by approved providers in India or other locations where they operate. When personal data is transferred, we apply contractual, technical and organisational safeguards and follow any transfer restrictions notified under applicable Indian law.

13Policy changes

We may update this policy when the Event Manager, our service providers or applicable law changes. The latest version will remain available on this page with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice when a material change requires it.
